**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Co-Early Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. As a Co-Early Preschool teacher you will work alongside another teacher sharing responsibilities, planning and supporting one another.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques

- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents

- Incorporate activities that promote math, language, and motor skills development

- Follow curriculum guidelines and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

**Qualifications:**

-(1)High school Diploma or GED, 16 semester credits or 24 quarter credits, or

-(2)Diploma from Association Montessori International, or

- (3)Preprimary credential, primary diploma or provisional certificate, or

-(4) CDA (Child Development Associate credential, or

-(5) AA Degree in child development or early childhood education, or

-(6) Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• -Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
• - Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
