We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our dynamic team in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing behavioral health services to individuals, couples and/or families, and will have a strong foundation in therapy and clinical counseling. Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based therapies to support patient recovery and growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and continue to expand knowledge and skills.
Experience:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including children and adults.
- Strong experience in therapy and clinical counseling, particularly in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks as needed.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
