We are looking for an individual to work in our Hudson Oaks, Texas office to assist with accounting and office coordination. Attention to detail and excellent customer service is required. This position will report directly to the Vice President, and will have the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with corporate office on execution of accounting procedures and records 
  • Accounts payable for Hudson Oaks office
  • Monthly billing and Accounts Receivable for auction, advertising and video production contracts
  • Coordinate scheduling and details for auctions
  • Assist in entering, updating and maintaining buyer databases
  • Website content support

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of basic accounting methods
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and technologies as needed
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed

Experience: 

  • Experience in accounting preferred, but not required
  • Experience in agriculture related business a plus
