Are you our next superstar? Wesleyan Kiddie Kollege is Warren County’s #1 childcare provider, and we’re growing our team. We are hiring a full-time administrative assistant to join us and help grow disciples of Jesus, one child at a time! Our office admin will be the “front line” of communication with parents, staff, and children and is a key player in our business.

  • Communicate clearly and kindly (especially with children)
  • Some documented hours working with children (does not have to be in childcare or education setting)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of ProCare is a plus

Essential Duties (including but not limited to)

  • Work to support the daily operations of the office: answering phone calls, responding to emails/messages from parents, new family inquiries, and more
  • Provide basic information about our policies, services, and programs to parents and visitors
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing the daycare's calendar
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and teacher questions/assistance
  • Occasionally stepping in to the classroom for teachers (as needed)
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as helping with classroom transitions, preparing materials for activities, and supervising children in the lobby area
  • Communicating with daycare director to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
  • Provide support where needed throughout the center
