Job Description: Rodney LaBruce is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to lead his 2026 campaign for the United States House of Representatives in Texas’s 30th Congressional District. As Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campaign strategy, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that Rodney’s message of integrity, transparency, and community service reaches and resonates with voters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall campaign strategy, including messaging, outreach, and voter engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Oversee fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, event planning, and online fundraising.
  • Manage the campaign budget and ensure compliance with all campaign finance laws.
  • Coordinate grassroots efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to craft and disseminate campaign messaging across various platforms.
  • Monitor polling data and adjust strategies as needed to maximize voter support.
  • Plan and execute campaign events, such as rallies, debates, and town halls.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in political campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in fundraising, voter outreach, and grassroots organizing.
  • Knowledge of Texas’s political landscape, particularly in District 30, is a plus.
  • Ability to work long hours and adapt to the dynamic nature of a political campaign.
  • Passion for public service and commitment to the values of the Rodney LaBruce campaign.
