Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our nursery, contributing to the growth and maintenance of plants and greenery. Spanish speak is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining nursery stock
- Operate hand tools and equipment for gardening tasks
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for plant transportation
- Help irrigate plants and monitor soil moisture levels
- Support data collection on plant growth and health
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery area

Experience
- Prior experience in a nursery, greenhouse, or similar environment is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance and plant care practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Passion for plants, gardening, and horticulture
