Job description
We are looking for honest and conscientious individuals to provide Pre Arrival and Post Rental Inspections on residential vacation properties in the Lake Harmony and Albrightsville area.

No experience necessary.

Ability to work independently and remain motivated are a must. Be well-organized with attention to detail. Keeping a positive attitude and reasonable physical stamina are both necessary to perform well in this role.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to walk up and down stairs with ease.

Responsibilities:
Perform pre arrival and post rental property inspections
Perform very basic property maintenance. (replace light bulbs, batteries, etc)
Follow a very specific process for inspections
Identify and report the need for repairs using our property maintenance & Inspection App.

Requirements:
Primary work days are Sundays, Mondays & Fridays with some occasional mid-week hours
Work a rotating holiday schedule
Ability to focus on work without being distracted
Work independently and remain motivated
Take direction from a supervisor
Good communication skills
Valid drivers license
Have your own vehicle for work (Company will provide mileage reimbursement)
Consent to a criminal background check
High school diploma or equivalent'

Hours per week: 20 to 35 (depending on season/workload)

Pay Frequency: Bi weekly
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Start-time:
Weekends: 10am
Week days: Varies
