Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales activities and progress in the company's CRM system.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite is a plus.
• eCommerce experience is must 

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based role, meaning your income potential is directly tied to your sales performance. Home Furniture and Staging. 
• We offer highest commission in town, 10%(Furniture) / 4% (Staging)
