Looking for motivated people who want to enter the world of real estate investing! The job will entail driving around in assigned zip codes finding distressed properties, perfect as a side hustle. Training is provided.

We will pay you to drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed looking houses in the Rock Hill, SC and Gastonia, NC area based on certain criteria. Some things you will look for include peeling paint, unkempt yard, etc.

When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house using an app in your smartphone. The app is called DealMachine.

We expect to have hundreds of applicants, and are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small paid assignment that includes demonstrating a willingness to drive and the ability to identify run-down properties.

Pay: $13-15/hr+ milage compensation
