StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, driven MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOC & AN ASSISTANT MANAGER who are wellness minded and has a love for our community and brand! We have boutique studios in the friendly in-town ATL neighborhood of Morningside & Decatur with a close-knit crew of talented individuals who are passionate about helping our members with their mobility, recovery & sports performance. This position is hourly with a large commission opportunity for membership sales.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.
POSITION:
The Assistant Manager carries the responsibility of membership sales and retention goals for the assigned studio. This role drives membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and ensures we deliver an outstanding experience to retain current members. Basic operational duties regarding scheduling, member management, and performance reporting are also key tasks in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
● SALES EXPERIENCE- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Member Acquisition, not cashiering experience, is required.
● Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales & retention experience.
● Ability to learn and use the studio software system for bookings, payments and administration
● Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
● Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
● Must be able to pay attention to details and work with accuracy, sometimes under rush periods or with deadlines
● Must have proficient computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assist the Area Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
● Book and confirm intro sessions
● Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
● Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
● Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
● Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
● Present Programs and Services to current and prospective members
● Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
● Participate in special events (health fairs, pop-ups, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio
● Ensure studio is clean and tidy
● Other duties as assigned
