We wanted to let you know of a wonderful opportunity in Goodyear (Southwest Phoenix), AZ at a great outpatient facility. Our office is not like other traditional settings, we want you to spend time with your patients, and engage in building rapport and relationships. The landscape of physical therapy is changing and we have to change with it. We are a hybrid clinic with both cash and insurance. We strive to keep patient care the priority with flexible scheduling every 30-45’.

We are looking for 40 hrs per work, weekdays only, Monday through Friday (scheduling can be flexible to fit the right schedule for you). We require you to have a current AZ physical therapy license and all the requirements that come with state licensure. New grads and mentorship are a must in our current culture. Please apply ASAP.

• All of our therapists work closely with technology and require you to be familiar with internet-based documentation, and the ability to work with smartphone apps.
• Regardless of skill level, a large part of this position will be the ability to problem solve, think beyond normal physical therapy constrictions, and be a teacher and advocate for our patients, early intervention, injury prevention, etc.
• Must have a desire to learn new manual skills, and desire to become dry needling certified if not already along with other manual certifications.
• We are a manual-based office, but you don’t have to be an expert, mentoring and coaching start with learning and practicing so you must be teachable.
