Karmê Chöling is a Buddhist meditation center located in Barnet, VT. Our 450-acre property includes trails, retreat cabins, an organic garden, and a main building that hosts up to 60 residents. 

We have 4 positions available:

Director of Operations - Manage KCL’s operating needs by coordinating projects and staff in collaboration with the Executive Co-Directors and department heads. This is a senior leadership position requiring experience with team management and Shambhala principles. (Residential staff position)

Guest Services Associate* - Respond to visitor inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure a positive guest experience.

Kitchen Assistant* - Join our talented cooking team in preparing meals for a community of 25-50, including using produce from the Garden and planning for a variety of dietary needs.

Housekeeping Associate* - Join our dedicated housekeeping staff in maintaining an uplifted household environment through attention to detail and independent judgment. 

*Residential candidates preferred; commuting candidates will be considered
