We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. As Sales and Marketing you will have pivotal role in generating revenue for a company by answering inbound inquiries from potential customers as well as maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, communication skills, and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, identify, and engage with potential corporate clients in various markets.
• Communicate with customers through various channels such as social and sales platforms, phone calls, emails and video conferencing.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals to potential customers based on their needs, negotiating as necessary to close deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase how the products/services can solve the customer's problems.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upsell additional products/services, and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Regularly update and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and forecast potential sales revenue.
• Handle all customer service issues that arise post sale.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Support the marketing in daily administrative tasks
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports
• Collaborate on content creation for social media platforms

Contribute to the creation of graphic design elements for various marketing materials
