We’re seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our interactions. 

Job Overview: The QA Manager will be responsible for supervising chatters, ensuring that our communication with fans is engaging, accurate, and on-brand. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chatter Supervision:
  • Greet chatters as they clock in and out, and manage communication during breaks. Ensure prompt response times by monitoring chatter activity throughout the day.
  • Conduct spot checks for grammar, tone, and voice consistency. Identify and report errors, providing corrections and feedback in the QA thread.
  • Pay special attention to new chatters, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Review DMs written by team members for grammatical accuracy.
  • Monitor message cadence and ensure it aligns with the schedule.
  • Conduct mid-month account reviews to assess progress toward monthly goals.
• Chargeback Management:
  • Weekly review of chargebacks across all accounts.
  • Communicate with fans regarding chargebacks, adjusting tone to fit the model’s voice.
  • Block fans after addressing chargebacks and report the action taken. 
• Coverage Chatting:
  • Fill in during schedule gaps or when chatters are on break.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in grammar and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Must have a desktop or laptop with stable internet connection. 
• Familiarity with the colloquial language and cultural references of Millennials and Gen Z.
• Familiarity with OnlyFans or similar platforms is a plus but not required
