We are seeking a Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Perform cash handling duties when necessary
Requirements
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and client services skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
