Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Dance Teacher to join our team. Classes are for children ages 5-7 and 8-10, focusing on jazz, hip hop, and ballet basics. This role requires a creative and patient individual who can engage young dancers, foster their growth, and inspire a lifelong love of dance.

Key Responsibilities:

Class Instruction: Plan and teach weekly, age-appropriate dance classes.
Choreography: Create fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate choreography that enhances students' skills and encourages their artistic expression.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and studio management to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
Safety and Discipline: Ensure a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment, adhering to studio policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience teaching dance to children.
Skills: Strong choreography and teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate young dancers.
Personality: Patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
