Call Center Manager Wanted! Salary+Comm $60,000-$90,000
We are a 10+ year old Multi million dollar Home Improvement company that is seeking a Call Center Manager. We are one of the largest Home Improvement Companies in the area with one of the most recognized names in our field. Your team will have warm list to call from. We are looking for someone to manage 4-8 callers that are able to set leads for our sales staff. We have over 8,000 warm leads to be called on!

*Other duties may be assigned.
*Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for Telemarketing Dept.
*Ensures effective control of telemarketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
