Purpose of Position:

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production, troubleshooting and component replacement using standard operating procedures. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with quality, operations, manufacturer and testing standards.
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment.
  • Operating within the expected turnaround time of customer orders.
  • Follows all safety regulations and guidelines required by the company, customer and encourages others to comply.
  • Escalate production situations and issues to the lead/SME.
  • Adheres to quality guidelines.
  • Promote team work and collaboration with all departments and groups.
  • Need to use PPE during shift hours and follow all safety requirements.
  • Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
  • Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.
  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Works under moderate degree of supervision.
  • ESD and Introduction to ISO Training, other job related training as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Can read, write and speak English fluently;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Moderate physical activity;  
  • Experience using a multi-meter, hand tools and other electronic repair tools competently;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Good computer skills including operating, emails, chat, etc.;
  • Technical and electronic knowledge as it relates to product;
  • Trained in ESD protection and safeguard measurements;
  • 1-3 years related work experience and/or training is preferred
