Responsibilities:

•Perform quantity take-offs and unit pricing, review job cost sheets, and assist with preparation of monthly billings

•Serve as liaison between company, subcontractors, and construction teams on basic project issues.

•Supervise work of project personnel to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards

•Manages project from assignment through completion.  May be responsible for managing more than one project concurrently.  Accountable for all construction activities on assigned projects

•Define scope of assigned project and develop plan to accomplish project

This position regularly works in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt

Requirements

•Ability to manage own work, meet deadlines and accomplish objective through others without supervision

•Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment

•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

•Excellent time management, analytical, and listening skills

•Experience in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Proficiency in AutoCAD software

•Experience/Education in project management, construction management, engineering preferred
