We are a taco stand located in a year -round farmers market, utilizing locally sourced ingredients and we need a string cook / sous chef to help manage day to day operations . The ideal candidate should be familiar with Mexican foods ( and , ideally speak Spanish as well .) They should be comfortable working with a variety of meats, grains and vegetables and should possess strong knife skills as well. They should be well versed in basic butchery , as well as be comfortable working any station ( with training .)
The successful candidate should work well with others and be comfortable in taking on a managerial role, even if it is for the first time . and be ready to help us continue to improve in our eleventh year .
We are located in the West Shore Farmers Market and are open days only , no nights requited, Sundays off always ! Please submit your resume or work history at earliest convenience.
