The Direct Support Professional is someone who will be responsible for the compassionate care and assistance to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

Implement individual treatment plans for consumers
Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
Develop a rapport with consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive environment
Complete case notes and other documentation on a daily basis

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Indiana Drivers License
Ability to pass a background check and driving record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
We provide care in several different counties and hire both full-time and part-time employee's. All needed training is provided.
