SCHEDULE: 1st shift, 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform mechanical assembly work of varying complexities, both manual and automated.
· Read detailed blueprints, assembly sketches, or other input documents of similar complexity.
· Adjust, trim and fit parts to moderately close tolerances.
· Operate various manual assembly devices/ holding devices or testing devices.
· Accurately count parts and entered data into the ERP system.
· Sort product for conformance using magnification, gages, or other devices.
· May be required to operate machines, in this case, employee is required to perform preventive maintenance of machines.
· Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
· Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
· Utilize and abide by all applicable Quality Standards and OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
· Clock in and out of jobs timely and accurately.
· Perform all required checks and complete documentation accurately.
· Perform general housekeeping functions.
· Perform all other work assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
· High level of dexterity for handling very small parts.
· Excellent Eye‐Hand Coordination.
· Body mobility.
· Excellent eyesight (with glasses).
· Good Communication Skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
