Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, as well as a strong commitment to improving their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Full-time and Part-Time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and implementation of ABA therapy programs for clients.
• Create IEP goals based on assessments, create individualized programs for each student, complete quarterly progress reports, and complete any other documentation that may be required by various schools. 
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. 
• Collaborate with school administration, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

BCBA Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities.
