Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, with experience working with children in various educational settings.

Hiring 5 paraprofessionals with varying schedules. Possible schedules available are:

• Monday through Friday from 7:30 - 3:30
• Monday through Friday from 9:30 - 5:30
• Monday through Friday from 11:00 - 2:00
• Monday through Friday from 1:00 - 5:00
• Monday through Friday from 2:00 - 5:00 / 5:30
• Monday through Friday from 7:00 - 12:30

Responsibilities (Depend on Schedule)

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Support students in their learning and development
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacher
• Monitor students during recess and lunch ensuring safety and behavior
• Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement
• Oversee and monitor after school students, provide tutoring, ensure safety

Qualifications and Traits

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
• Familiarity with literacy education and math concepts
• Dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the classroom
• Proactive, problem solver
