CaliWalks Sales Reps: SELL Caliwalks products and services
Gather lead information and input into company CRM system
Talk to new people on the field, in public areas and businesses about CaliWalks products and services.
Process orders in person if applicable
Be able to go through the Sales Process in person and present Caliwalks products and services to new customers, and clients
Gather needs of customer
Ask questions from the customer to pin point their need and work to fill that need with what is offered here at CaliWalks.
Sell Caliwalks products, and services
Familiarize themselves with CaliWalks products and services.
Following up with Caliwalks clients via email, call and text.
You will also go out into the field , hand out flyers (marketing materials) and talk about Caliwalks to about 30-100 people a day.
Gather at least 20-100 (high valued leads who are seriously interested)
This will be a hybrid field position and office position, in order to close on a Caliwalks products and services.
Set up appointments with customers to see where their strengths and weaknesses lie and have them see how CaliWalks products is able to fill that gap and encourage them to end up purchasing products and/or services.
Input leads into the CRM system
Touch base with upper management (Field Contact Point Helpers/Trainers:) every 1-3 hours on the field to give a report on how many people have been spoken too and to input leads into the system at that time. Give insight as to what push back they are receiving and what help they need to, in order to overcome and push through to get them selling.
Communicate with customers , clients, team members and staff with respect and effectiveness.
Be Coachable and ready to learn and implement and possibly teach other team members
