<p><i><strong>Apply directly on our website at ------------/jobs</strong></i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Scope:</strong> To lead and develop all aspects of Student Ministry worship.</p><p><strong>Ministry/Dept.:</strong> Family Ministry</p><p><strong>Supervisor:</strong> Student Minister</p><p><strong>Employee Type:</strong> Part-time, Exempt</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Sundays (with some remote preparation during the week)</p><p><strong>Environment:</strong> Office/Desk/Stage</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide weekly student ministry worship by leading on stage, both vocally and instrumentally.</li><li>Manage a team of student musicians and recruit new students to the worship team.</li><li>Ensure there is a full band every week for Sunday worship.</li><li>Coach and develop students into better musicians, vocalists and leaders.</li><li>Oversee student AVL team.</li><li>Organize weekly set list.</li><li>Utilize systems such as Planning Center, ProPresenter and Ableton or Playback.</li><li>Build relationships with the students on the team and build a worship culture.</li><li>Assist with other responsibilities determined by supervisor as needed.</li></ul><p>As a religious organization, all employees must affirm and adhere to the Church’s&nbsp;------------based upon its sincerely held religious beliefs, to qualify for involvement with the ministry.
