Job Description:

Are you a motivated and outgoing individual looking for a high-earning potential job? Join our team as an Outside Sales Rep! This position is perfect for those who thrive in a commission-based environment and enjoy interacting with people. Your primary role will be generating new business by door knocking, working existing pipeline, and closing sales to meet revenue targets

Responsibilities:

• Canvas neighborhoods to generate new business by door knocking and working existing pipeline. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in b2c sales, with experience in commission-based sales preferred.
• Home Improvement or Roofing Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• MUST possess a valid driver's license
• MUST HAVE OWN Vehicle
• Willing to physically inspect roofs and not have a fear of heights
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work up to 6 days per week, with mandatory Saturdays as needed

Job Types: Full-time.

Pay: $75,000-$200,000 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends & Saturday as needed

Work Location: Road Warrior

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
