$18-$20/hr Crew Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction
• Mowing & Blowing
• Trimming Plants, Trees
• Power Washing
• Pool Cleaning
• Maintaining equipment

$22-$25/hr: Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leads a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties:
• Manages 1-2 subordinate crew personnel
• Ability to train and mentor crew members
• Understanding irrigation systems
• Knowledge of Landscape Lighting
• Effectively communicate and relay problems with properties and customer's concerns with office staff

Must have valid AZ Driver's License
