Job Description: Our Design Division offers a wide range of services, including automated and manual window shades, custom light fixtures, lighting design, and more. We are seeking a full-time Shading and Lighting Associate who is adaptable, highly organized, and self-driven. In this role, you will work on exciting projects in both construction sites and custom luxury homes, collaborating with top designers, builders, and architects to create stunning spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, interior designers, architects, and custom homebuilders to educate them about our cutting-edge products and offerings, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and pursue new business opportunities within the Shading and Lighting department, bringing innovative design solutions to life.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Shading and Lighting team to design and manage projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of excellence.
  • Client Management: Set clear project expectations for clients and their teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.
  • Project Oversight: Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to maintain project quality and timeliness, ensuring every design is executed flawlessly.
  • Documentation: Formally document project details and progress to keep all stakeholders informed and projects on track.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work in tandem with other departments on multifaceted projects, ensuring cohesive and integrated design solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, establishing A.B.E. Networks as their go-to design partner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Design or Project Experience: 1+ year in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, or Project Management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new technologies easily.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Initiative: Strong self-initiative and a deep understanding of design industry trends.
  • Teamwork: Ability to self-manage and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Organized & Efficient: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (hours may fluctuate based on project demands).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language: Must speak English.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to the office and job sites.

Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
