Underground Donut Tour – Ticket Agents Needed!

The Underground Donut Tour is looking for friendly, personable, and passionate people to become Ticket Agents for our tour. The Underground Donut Tour has been around since 2015 and has expanded to 20 locations worldwide and 4 different countries with more on the way. It has quickly become one of the top food tours in every city we operate in.

Our Ticket Agent will be responsible for:

• Grabbing the attention of passersby in or around the Times Square area or other high traffic areas you believe will sell tickets
• Educating them on what the Underground Donut Tour is, how it works, when it runs, and answering any questions they may have
• Passing out relevant materials to better educate or entertain guests
• Helping them through the online booking process on their phone or yours
• Guiding them to the tour or other nearby tourist attractions
• And lastly, if you cannot answer some questions, passing them along to our booking manager to help answer any outstanding questions

In order to apply for this position, you should:

• Already have a NYC Ticket Seller Individual License or have already started the process to obtain one
• Have a flexible schedule with up to 20 hours a week of availability
• Be jovial, friendly, and customer service focused
• Be well spoken and able to enunciate clearly
• Be able to project their voice in order to be heard
• Be self-motivated and eager to sell tickets
• Be able to stand, walk, talk and interact with guests for 3-4 hours at a time or more
• Have access to a smartphone or tablet. If not, we can provide one along with a mobile hotspot if needed
• Be punctual, reliable, and well groomed
• Able to communicate with our team on a frequent basis via Discord, SMS or both

Compensation: $320/week base pay for 20 hours of work with bonus incentives based on ticket sales.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour
