Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with various tasks on the construction site, including but not limited to, digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of skilled workers.

- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction equipment and machinery.

- Support skilled workers in tasks such as concrete pouring, carpentry, and masonry as needed.

- Adhere to project timelines and work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field.

- Physical strength and endurance to handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.

- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

- Must be able to pass background check (some job sites require for entry).

- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

-Valid Colorado Driver’s License, have your own transportation, and a clean driving record.
