Let's Practice! is a small business in Castle Rock, CO. We are professional, customer-centric, creative and our goal is to teach how to perform and appreciate music and how to practice independently.

We are looking for a qualified piano teacher to teach private and group piano lessons to our students. As a piano teacher, you should be able to perform music of any difficulty and be ready to perform together with your students at the recitals. Since you will be working one on one and in small groups, you must also have good communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive and have a sincere passion for teaching music to children of different ages. Ultimately, your goal is to give our students the best possible experience in learning the piano.

Responsibilities:

• Teach students the basics of piano and beyond depending on the level of the student.
• Teach piano in small group setting.
• Teach students of 4yo and older, including adults.
• Discuss with the parents the goals of each student and prepare activity plans based on these goals.
• Participate in lessons and give feedback to the students during the process.
• Encourage students to practice at home and offer extra help when needed.
• Invite students to participate in piano recitals and competitions.
• Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Piano Performance and Teaching and at least 2 years of teaching experience.
