Berglund Luxury Lynchburg is looking for a Customer Experience Sales Specialist with a passion for luxury cars and a talent for providing exceptional service to discerning clients. We are part of Berglund Automotive, a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. 

Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dealership's success. You will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our discerning customers, guiding them through the selection and purchase of luxury vehicles, and maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive to our luxury showroom with utmost professionalism.
  • Develop an understanding of each customer’s vehicle preferences and desires.
  • Showcase the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of our luxury vehicle inventory.
  • Arrange and conduct exclusive test drives to provide customers with a memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
  • Contact potential customers by phone, email, and other channels to generate business.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase and to build lasting relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury sales or service a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
