We are an elite Property Management company seeking to welcome an exceptional and adept professional into our team. If you possess great communication skills, present yourself well, and have a natural talent for engaging with people, we are eager to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate property bookings.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our entire portfolio, including upcoming properties, diverse neighborhoods, HOA regulations, beach accesses, and other notable features.
  • Handle phone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor, promptly returning any missed calls.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Assist potential guests in finding their ideal property from our extensive portfolio.
  • Process payments with efficiency and precision.
  • Prepare and deliver guest reservation agreements via email.
  • Initiate contact with property owners when necessary.
  • Manage owner reservations and maintenance blocks in Escapia, our advanced reservation software.
  • Be available on-call for two days per week, even during after-hours.
  • Help coordinate deliveries for vacation home setup.
  • Arrange necessary appointments and communicate with vendors for HVAC, golf carts, internet services, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to address issues and fulfill guest requests for additional services.
  • Provide backup assistance with inspections when needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls from guests, creating appropriate work orders to promptly resolve any issues.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records of service calls, guest needs, and other important information.
  • Ensure accurate input of property information, photos, and rates into Escapia.

  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and meticulousness are crucial when handling reservations, payments, and guest information. The ability to pay close attention to details is essential.
  • Organizational skills: Managing reservations, coordinating bookings, and keeping track of various tasks require strong organizational abilities to stay on top of deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving: A reservation specialist should have the ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to resolve issues or address any challenges that may arise during the reservation process.
  • Multitasking: Reservations specialists often handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously. The ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities is vital to meet customer needs promptly.
  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in using reservation software such as Escapia and other relevant computer programs is necessary to manage bookings, update information, and communicate effectively.
  • Time management: Efficiently managing time and resources is crucial to ensure smooth reservation processes and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience: Prior experience in a customer service or reservation-related role is preferred, demonstrating a familiarity with reservation processes, systems, and industry practices.
  • Knowledge of reservation software: Familiarity with Escapia and/or Breezeway is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette: A reservation specialist should have professional phone manners, being courteous, patient, and helpful while assisting customers.
  • Availability and flexibility: Depending on the organization's needs, the ability to work on weekends, holidays, or in rotating shifts may be required to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues, housekeeping staff, and vendors is essential to ensure seamless reservation processes and provide excellent service to guests.
  • Reliable Transportation: A valid driver License and a reliable form of transportation are crucial for arriving for your shifts on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
