Job Overview:
You will primarily be responsible for providing quality service to clients in the Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare market places. The systems include steam boilers, cooling towers, open and closed loops, potable water disinfection and treatment, high purity water treatment, reverse osmosis, deionization, softening, ion exchange and other water treatment systems. This will involve the completion of contractual services in your assigned accounts, and providing customers with problem solving support. You will also assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of both new applications in current customers, and in transitioning competitively-held accounts to Klenzoid. This position will also require you to build strong relationships with your assigned customer base to generate a high level of customer satisfaction. Salary will be based upon related experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide routine service support to assigned accounts and to execute customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the accounts where you provide service support.
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
• Provide repair services to chemical injection equipment including occasional soldiering.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Actively support Klenzoid innovations and technology
• Occasional off-hour and overnight travel for advanced training seminars will be required
• Occasional overnight travel within the region may be required Must have the ability to be organized and work independently


Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma with industry experience
• Understanding of boiler, cooling, potable, ultrapure and disinfection water treatment concepts and applications
• Ability to obtain pesticide application license and water operator licenses as necessary
• Mechanical aptitude and ability; knowledge of pumps, spraying systems, chemical handling & storage, fluid flow/dynamics
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
• Applicant must have verifiable industry experience and the ability to work unsupervised


Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical or Community College Degree
• 5+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
• New construction support experience
• History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
• Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
• Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task company.
