Harmony Home is hiring caregivers for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in east and central Contra Costa County to help with activities of daily living, maintaining apartment and companionship. We have a variety of flexible shifts available, full time and part-time, including day, evening, overnights, weekday and weekends, so there is bound to be a shift(s) to fit your schedule.

Harmony Home is an established non-profit organization that offers a team approach to supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. If you are someone who enjoys helping individuals maintain their independence and live a fulfilling life in the community this may be the job for you.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and English speaking;
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and dependability;
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.;
• Obtain clear TB test and current CPR/First Aid Certification (assistance provided);
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance coverage.
