We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to perform activities on a daily basis including invoicing, overall administrative support, customer service, phone/email communication, supply orders, and other administrative tasks that ensure that the office facilities are operating smoothly. Please have an interest in the plumbing/HVAC/electrical industry. Must be detail oriented and very organized.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform purchasing as requested
  • Perform AR & Billing activities, including customer account reconciliations
  • Generate reports including: job completion inventory receiving

General and Administrative Answer telephones and provide high-quality customer service

  • Support managers in a variety of administrate tasks to help ensure business operates smoothly & efficiently, including job file set-up and close-out

Qualifications and Skills Associate degree or higher education from an accredited college or university in accounting or a related field or equivalent years of experience

  • Excellent Office 365 functionality (Excel, Outlook, Word),
  • Affinity for working in complex systems, looking for efficiencies and creating and improving systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral/writing communication skills required
  • Attentive mind for attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism gracefully
