Imaging Field Service Engineer – GE CT/MRI

 

Location: Centennial, CO

Reports to: Service Manager – CT

Travel: Up to 25%

Salary: $90,000/yr – $135,000/yr

Overview:

We are looking for a full-time CT and/or MRI Field Service Engineer, who will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and repairs on GE CT and/or MRI systems both in the field and at the company warehouse. Must have the ability to problem-solve and work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ideal candidate would be someone who can hit the ground running, who prides themselves on being self-sufficient, and is interested in working for a small company where they have a direct impact on company success. This role requires a presence onsite at the warehouse in Centennial, Colorado when not in the field. Travel expectations is up to 25% including both on-call and scheduled service.

 

Job Description:

 

· Provide on-demand phone and on-site support

· Receive service calls from customers, determine customer needs/problems, and respond accordingly

· Evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating when needed

· Plan, schedule, and execute planned maintenance (PM) activities

· Write and submit service reports to customers in a timely manner

· Safely perform on-site system installations and de-installations

· Test and repair current warehouse inventory (CT, MRI, etc.)

· Help maintain warehouse, parts, tools, and supplies

· Help to prepare, re-condition, and maintain mobile CT/MR trailers, as needed

· Support sales activities and establishes and maintain good relationships with customers

· Provide simple application support in-person or over-the-phone, as needed

· Support company-wide initiatives and projects

· Duties and responsibilities are subject to modification to fit the needs of the business and as deemed necessary by management

 

 

Requirements:

 

· High School Diploma

· At least 2 years of experience working on electronic or mechanical equipment

· Ability to travel up to 25%

· Must be willing to be on-call, including weekends and holidays

· Ability to learn by cross-training

· Desire to be customer facing

· Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 lbs

 

Preferred:

 

· An Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military-trained in electronics, equivalent certified electrical training or equivalent experience servicing medical equipment

· Field Service Experience servicing GE CT and/or MRI systems

· Siemens CT/MRI experience
