Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests & the owner
• Make decisions based on what is right for our guests
• Maintain a clean work environment in all areas of the store
• Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above score
• Manage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders, ringing up transactions & closing the cash drawer
• Perform other duties assigned by management
• Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
• Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling
• Prepare food items based on recipes to ensure accuracy & to control food waste
• Conduct inventories to help keep store well-stocked
• Drive for company business when required
• Manage community events & help with B2B development
• Contribute to a positive team environment thru coaching & positive reinforcement

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Flexible schedule that includes weekends
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Can work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Can reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour with tips

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Restaurant type: Fast casual restaurant that serves healthy, clean, made to order food & drinks. Acai bowls, Dragon Fruit bowls, cold pressed juice, wellness shots, smoothies, sandwiches/wraps……..
