**Job Description:**

We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanic Specialists to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in diesel engines
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles and equipment
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in diesel mechanics is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
