We help the veterinary profession help as many pets as possible by allowing their clients to pay for pet care over time. However, that takes a dedicated staff to handle all the tasks involved with managing accounts receivable.

You will learn all aspects of the process from working with banks and credit card companies to processing the recurring charges for our clients and their customers. We are looking for that special person that has empathy, professionalism and is not afraid to negotiate with a pet owner to bring their account current and work with our clients to resolve accounts.

You must have great phone and communication skills, know all MS Office programs, and understand basic contractual & financial procedures. We are also looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish!

This is an hourly rate position. First year earnings are from $30K to $40K. We have a matching IRA, pay towards a health insurance plan, vacation, sick and personal days off.

We only work Monday – Friday 9AM to 6PM and your hours can be flexible to meet your needs. We do not work weekends or major holidays. We believe we need those days for our family and friends.
