• ServSafe Certified or willingness to become certified
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Some wine knowledge + willingness to learn more
• Previous experience with POS systems 
• Ability to handle and count back cash
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
• MUST be a team player
• MUST be willing to adapt to the ever changing needs of a multi-faceted business

Job Responsibilities include:
• Providing incredibly friendly and professional service to guests in person and on the phone
• Serving and preparing food and drinks
• Moving and putting away wine weighing up to 40lbs
• Carrying items to/from a downstairs kitchen from/to the main floor
