PART-TIME SOUS CHEF AT GOURMET TO GO CULINARY SERVICES (AROMAS, CA)
We are looking for a part-time detail-oriented sous chef willing to prepare high
quality, gourmet, customized meals for families made from fresh whole ingredients,
using scratch cooking methods. While we do small boutique catering, we focus on
weekly meal delivery where menus change every week.
Responsibilities:
whether for a family dinner or catering event is executed with the highest
regard to taste and details.
Desired Skills & Experience:
oriented kitchen environment.
stay calm and focused in all situations.
knife skills, food safety/handling, maintaining a commercial kitchen,
excellent cooking skills and ability to produce gourmet eclectic food.
