Looking for a highly motivated individual that wants to have fun and learn some things along the way this Summer/Fall. We're a boutique winery situated in Tin City (Paso Robles).

Below is a list of activities you would be responsible for.

DUTIES of the POSITION INCLUDE:
• Vineyard and Cellar Sampling
• Laboratory Analysis (Brix, pH, TA, FSO2)
• Processing Grapes – sorting, loading presses, barreling down juice/wine, performing additions
• Fermentation Management – monitor tanks and barrels, punch-downs, emptying fermentation tanks
• Barrel Work – filling
• Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning
