We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to further the mission of creating disciples. This position is for Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by recommending and displaying products that meet their needs.

Duties:

* Attracts customers by effectively displaying merchandise; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays/showcases, and on sales floor.

* Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.

* Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.

* Maintains a safe and clean store environment.

* Execute inventory management processes by unloading inventory from boxes or shelves, entering inventory levels into computer and displaying inventory.

* Must be able to lift and move boxes and product up to 30lbs.

* Maintains quality service by following store standards.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

*Responsible to close the store.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

*Computer proficiency - Lightspeed POS, Microsoft Office Products

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

*Ability to build rapport with customers

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Bilingual would be a plus.
