We have a position open for the 24/25 school year for a Math Teacher— this person will have a blast teaching all levels from pre-algebra through pre-calculus (plus possibly financial literacy and economics, too) in a fun, engaging way including using games, educational websites, project-based learning, and hands-on activities.

We are flexible!!! This can be either a full-time salaried position (M-F 8:15-4:15) or a part-time position (M-F 8:30-12:15) for the right candidate. Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and education, with the ability to engage and inspire students in the subject.

Duties:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum
- Provide instruction in various mathematical concepts including middle school math, algebra, geometry, and calculus
- Assist students in understanding mathematical principles through small group sessions
- Evaluate student progress through project-based assessments and assignments
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall mathematics program
- Utilize fun research-based teaching methods to enhance student learning experience

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Experience working with students at various academic levels
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts including algebra, geometry, and calculus
- Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation
-Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and willingness to attain a teaching certificate if needed
