<p>For the job function, the role of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Assistant will utilize all of the firm’s tangible and in-tangible platforms including banking relationships, business knowledge, standardized expert template, niche acumen, and industry experience to:</p><ul><li>Foster and improve clientele, intermediary, banking, and/or broker relationships</li><li>Assist management in the loan origination, documentation, processing and account maintenance</li><li>Obtain and manage confidential data, files, and document collection on all borrowers, lenders, 3rd party vendors for firm projects.</li><li>Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower's financial standing and loan eligibility</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accurately</li><li>Basic understanding of loan origination, contract processing, or related financial services field</li><li>Ability to analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess borrower's creditworthiness</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul><p>Site visitation, hotel conference, and employee recruiting will be required (20% potential travel time- all expense paid by Firm)</p><p>Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $50,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>12 hour shift</li><li>4 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Holidays</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Night shift</li><li>On call</li><li>Overtime</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Financial analysis: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Loan processing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Atlanta, GA 30326 (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Ability to Relocate:</p><ul><li>Atlanta, GA 30326: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30326</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
