We are seeking a part-time organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy when assigned a task
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Have the ability to lift 25 lbs and stairs
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computerized systems to perform various office tasks
- Skills posting to Social Media is a plus
Requirements:
- Previous office experience is preferred
