Lead Line Cook Nights Weekends Required
The lead line cook will assist in overseeing hourly, back of house staff and assist in the day-to-day operations in all areas of the kitchen including production, prep and receiving. The lead line cook will be able to effectively lead the kitchen, and solve issues that may arise. The ideal candidate has the ability to work calmly under pressure.
She/He would report to the Executive Chef and General Managers, but will also need to self manage.
