Position: Patient Advocate/Health Coach

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clients from prospect to onboarding, through their program to maintenance. Ensure they feel valued, understand their care, are satisfied and transition to maintenance.  Generate client referrals.
  • Support and educate clients in changing their foods/lifestyle habits under practitioner advisement 
  • Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with staff, ensure full practitioner schedules and maintain smooth center operations
  • Confirm client appointments, fill empty slots, evaluate no shows and resolve issues with management.
  • Reactivate old clients 
  • Actively participate in sales of products and services
  • Solicit reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients
  • Prepare rooms for clients, schedule Zoom calls, and inform practitioners of priorities, scribe as needed
  • Supervise and train staff while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain office operations, phones, supplies and office equipment 
  • Inventory:  Order product, oversee inventory counts
  • Open/Close practice
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional communication and phone skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Task oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Team Player

Education & Experience:

  • Health Coaching Certificate 
  • Minimum 2 Year associate degree
  • Minimum 2 Years front/back office experience and supervisory experience

 

Salary:  $20-$25+ Bonuses Commensurate with Experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday events

(35-40 hours per week)
